A mixed use development for a residence and shop that sell high grade interior items. The surroundings of the location is in a favorable area that is spacious with lush greenery and adjacent to the roadside. The design focuses on maximizing the benefits of the location to the fullest. As there are many different kinds of interior items, the height of the ceiling and the atmosphere of the space was designed to suit each purpose. The layout was planned for flexibility to cater to a variety of different ways to exhibit the items. For the construction a mix of mainly exposed concrete finish with wood on top was used. The architectural construction would serve as a landmark for the shop with the cantilevered second floor with intricate detail trimmings. This showroom project was designed for a young and aspiring couple. Despite the distance, the collaboration with the client borne out of trust had created a most wonderful building.
